    I gained weight!

    Oh no! I gained weight!
    Healthier lifestyles - No coffee, have proper meals (I started taking breakfasts and dinners), and I have stopped taking icy drinks. Didn't know that I actually gained weight by practicing a healthier lifestyle! Should I stop? Should I?

    Dear was saying the other day, "I am such a good example for others cos I have lost so much weight, but look at you! Look at your stomach! Aiyoh... How am I supposed to take you out and tell others that you are my spouse?"

    I was so sad after I hear all these words... Why it takes only 2-3 weeks to gain weight, but it takes forever to lose weight?

    What should I do now?
    Should I start taking coffee again?
    Should I skipped my breakfasts and dinners again?
    Wanted to go for sauna last Saturday in my Condo, but saw a "under treatment" memo in the sauna room... I think I need to start exercise! 30 minutes a day! I need to go to the gym and workout! I hope I won't see "close for maintenance" memo in the gym room. Otherwise I am going to complain! Paid maintenance fee monthly, but these cannot be used and that one out of order! What is all these?

    I must control my food intake.... must eat lesser from today onwards...
    I cant afford to gain more weight!

    Oh ya... I need to 'replenish' my skin care products...
    Should I top up what I am currently using? - Clinique 3 steps
    Or should I change to Biotherm or maybe SKII?
    My mama is using SKII, I feel like using it too.

    So, what is your opinion?

    I try to lose weight too but unsuccessful. Maybe I am just getting older

    The keyword is always feel good about yourself,love yourself, when you love yourself,you will just do the right things,,,,

    tell you a secret,,i felf in love with my wife 14 years ago,it was all because she looked chubby.

    You still look very skiny..i think 1-2 kg weight gain is fine for your height.I already gain 6-7 kg now!!I am so scared...

    Personally, I still prefer Clinique products.Maybe if you want to invest, can get Miracle Water fr SKII.No need to get the whole range..soo expensive!

    how can he say like that? if my future bf said that too me, i'm gonna whack him with my heels. i think you're too thin laa..sampai anemia *sweat*

    i went to the mall last week..wanted to buy skII also..whole basic set almost 1K..i backed off..hehe. my cousin who's using skII told me once use cannot stop..*sweat*

    i think u puton weight healthily. nothing much to worry about. u should not return to ur old unhealthy lifestyle.

    RYC: no more kit kat, so cannot have a break. T.T

    Dear, you no need to skip ur breakfast or dinner, is important to have meal early in the morning. Is good to stop coffee too. As I had told you, do exercise everyday, just spend 15 to 30mins everynight before sleep. Leaving in a healthy way is better look skinny by skiping the meals. I dont think ur hubby is complaining you but just kidding with you only.
    Take it easy, slowly you will maintain back you ideal weight.

    I think the right question you need to ask yourself is: Do I want a healthier body or a skinny frame?

    Being skinny does not necessary look good my dear. My weight now is 4 kg more than before I came to NZ, but I must admit I look better now. Back then, my skin looked dull and I looked like a sick person 24/7!

    You may try to eat small portion but more frequent. For exercise, u can buy a DVD for indoor workout like kickboxing which I find very effective in losing fats. All the best.

    Do not skip meals to slim down, it's unhealthy. just do more exercise to increase metabolism rate, and cut down on carbo intake. Let it slim down naturally and gradually, that's more healthy.

    hey leng-silai, u still look so skinny even u gain 5kg lor. Saw u last Sat, wah.. look like 'pai kuat' ald.

    if ur dear complain u fat n shy to bring u out, then u tell him - b4 he lost weight, who is more paiseh to bring him out! wakaka

    Lose weight for your health, not just for appearance.

    Jogging and diet with less calories should go hand in hand for some quick results.
